The CJ Series Jaw Crusher is a jaw crusher with excellent performance introduced by Henan Fote Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the needs of customers. Different from the traditional jaw crusher, its frame is non-welded but detachable, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
The side plate of the frame, the front wall plate and the rear beam are connected by a cylindrical pin. It is convenient for transportation and installation because of the detachable structure.
It reduces the labor intensity of workers and downtime. The user can optionally install the hydraulic adjustment discharge port device to make adjustment easier.
The elbow plate adopts high-strength steel plate material, and the crusher is bent and deformed when overloaded to protect the crusher key parts from damage. Compared with the traditional cast iron brackets, it is lighter in weight and easy to replace.
It makes installation easier and saves space. The main machine and the base are connected through a shock-absorbing pad, which has little influence on the foundation.
The CJ Series Jaw Crusher has less occupied space, larger crushing ratio and more stable operation. It has more advantages in transportation, installation, maintenance and adjustment. It is particularly suitable for fixed crushing lines and mobile crushing plants. The CJ Series Jaw Crusher has a maximum production capacity of 1160 t/h. Compared with the previous jaw crusher of the same specification, the bearing size is enlarged and the service lifespan is prolonged. The 4 bearings of the movable jaw and the frame are the same, which reduces the types of spare parts.
