The mobile jaw crusher is mainly composed of a feeder, a jaw crusher, a belt conveyor and a vibrating screen. It adopts an integrated group operation mode, which can be operated separately, eliminating the complex site infrastructure and auxiliary facilities installation of the split components, reducing the labor consumption. The wheeled mobile jaw crushing station is suitable for mine, coal mine, garbage and construction waste recycling, earth and stone works, urban infrastructure, roads or construction sites.

2.The feeding guard is hydraulically lifted and lowered for easy loading and unloading;
3.The feeding guard adopts a graded double-layer structure, which provides a prerequisite for the individualized widening of the panel;
4.It adopts a ship-shaped steel frame structure with low chassis, light weight and reasonable volume.
The material is evenly conveyed into the crusher through the feeder, and after the primary crushing by the jaw crusher, the closed circuit system is formed by the circular vibrating screen to realize the cyclic crushing of the material, and the finished products are output by the conveyor for continuous crushing operation. The wheeled mobile jaw crushing station can remove the circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs, realize the primary crushing of the material directly, and cooperate with other crushing equipment, and the operation is convenient and flexible.
