The sand making machine is also called sand maker. It is suitable for the crushing and shaping of soft or medium hard and extremely hard materials. The processed materials are cubed and the grain shape is good. It is mostly used in sandstone production lines and stone production lines. The sand making machine can realize the conversion of the working principle of “rock on rock”and “ rock on breaker plate”. The sand making equipment produced by FTM mainly include: HVI impact sand making machine, HX sand making machine, VSI crusher, TK sand making machine.
The moisture content of the processing material can reach 8%. The finished product is in the shape of a cube with uniform particle size.
The impeller cavity is deep, the stone throughput is increased by 30%, and the input and output sizes are adjustable.
The internal flow of the vortex chamber is self-circulating, with less dust and noise below 75 decibels (dB level).
All wearing parts are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, reducing the cost of use by 30%. Stone can form a protective bottom layer, and life expectancy is extended by 1.5-3 times.
The sand making machine has higher output efficiency than other types of crushers. It can not only process all kinds of natural stone materials, but also can make mechanical sand with waste concrete, waste lime, other waste residue and other materials, effectively alleviating the shortage of sand and gravel aggregates because of the shortage of natural yellow sand resources. Strong sealing, advanced pulse dust removal device can effectively control the emission of sand dust and reduce the pollution of air, thus achieving green sand production. The product is in the form of a cube with a discharge size of 0-5 mm.
